超出预期的复古悬疑喜剧，披着吵嚷的滑稽外衣，内核却是格外严肃甚至天真的对和平、民主、自由和平等的笃信及捍卫。曾经的美国确实因为Major General Smedley Butler这样面对死亡无所畏惧、充满勇气但警惕cruelty的人而伟大，可人类不能也不该只将希望诉诸于圣人出世。希望我们都能够不再做总是等待奇迹降临，却在抉择的时刻无所作为的人了。Dream repeats itself, so does history. 化用Camus的话，我并不期待世界可以永远和平，但我希望在战争期间，人性可以是兽性的对手。但愿我们能够在good part里寻找到对抗bad part的力量。
